A mind full of nerves, questions and problems can throw the mind and body out of focus easily. When our day-to-day problems catch up to one’s health and sanity because of the fast progressing society in which we are living in, one can wonder if is modern society really worth the effort? Maybe I would be better of living in a tree from the forest nearby, raising some chickens and providing for my own food, without worrying about money, because ultimately and unfortunately money makes the world go round in these days. Well I don’t know the answer to that question for that you need to truly know yourself and be sure that’s what you want. Try to make time for yourself at least 5 minutes when feeling stressed out. Just leave everything, (unless you’re a cop chasing a serial killer), and think of a quiet place, usually waterfalls or beautiful landscapes you have seen either in reality or in the movies. Stop thinking of the problem at hand and go to a wonderful visual place where your problems are all gone. Of course don’t think about the problems that just disappeared because you will only remember that you are day dreaming and it will have no effect. Simply put, just relax. You can always try to eat a nice hot meal when stressed, and of course when you find the time for it. A full belly can always be all you wanted from that day.
