    I agree that if you infuse fun and pleasure in your journey towards weight loss it is like hitting two birds with one stone and you get to focus and stay motivated. I love dancing and I feel energized whenever I dance, would try salsa this weekend :)

    Salsa appears to be the “in thing” at the moment. I believe any form of exercise where music is involved is great for helping with weight loss and general toning.

    Every one want to loose weight and weight loosing by dancing give more benefits like our body is flexible and learn dance. Two benefits like we learn dance and loose weight . Meditation is also the best solution for the weight loose and for our wellness. I also join the Meditation classes in Sydney where i loose the weight and i am look much fit .
